The silence swallowed me,
And the darkness surrounded me.
There is no exit to this endless hole,
Only momentarily escapes.
Followed by emptiness,
And the haunting feeling of wanting to feel alive,
Once more.
Seems like an eternity since I've last felt something.
But maybe some day I shall feel again.
Feel happiness,
Feel the excitement that is to live.
To feel what's it like to be,
Alive.
